Who hasn’t doodled a creepy little creature in the margins of their homework? Or sketched an alien visitor from another planet? Perhaps a drawing of a mischievous monster that lives under the bed? In this class, you will illustrate unique depictions of creatures that live in the corners of our minds by playing with unusual shapes and unique textures. We will also look at animation and comics for reference that will help inspire your designed creature and develop its original background and mythology.

Tickets for Summer Class | Creatures, Aliens, Monsters will be available as follows:
- Walt’s Circle Donors: Purchase tickets beginning Tuesday, March 26 at noon PST by emailing membership@wdfmuseum.org.
- Supporter, Founding, and Friend-level members: Purchase tickets beginning Wednesday, March 27 at noon PST by emailing membership@wdfmuseum.org.
- All member levels: Purchase tickets beginning Thursday, March 28 at noon PST via the Member Portal.
- Public (non-members): Purchase tickets beginning Friday, March 29 at noon PST via the Studio ticketing page.
Scholarship Information
To ensure that all students have the opportunity to take classes at The Walt Disney Family Museum, we are pleased to offer scholarships to qualifying families and students of all ages. How to apply:
- Send an email to studio@wdfmuseum.org with the subject line “Summer Scholarship Information 2024”.
- Include the student’s name and age, a parent/guardian’s name (if applicable), and the class name and dates.
- All Summer Class scholarship applications are due no later than Friday, May 3, 2024 at 11:59pm PST.
